How Magic Start? What is Link of BABYLON City with Black Magic

Two angels came down and these angels were called "Harut" and "Marut." They came to the city of Babylon. Firstly where is Babylon? Its in IRAQ.
And how ancient is Babylon?
It is said to be the most ancient city.There was no city before the city of Babylon (to that level) the first real civilization was Babylon, So we are going back pre Ibraheem.We're going back to the earliest of times way before "Moses" way before "Solomon."
So, when did magic began.This is the story, GOD sent down 2 angel With the Knowledge of how to  Access the "Jinn" And the angels were sent to the city of Babylon, And the angels were allowed to teach anybody who wanted to study with them The Art of Magic.
but the angels also Came With a big disclaimer, and that disclaimer was,
"The angel said to anybody who came to them.We are a test From GOD.So do not commit "KUFER" by studying with us."
They learn from them.
What they would used to cause division between a man and his wife.
So they were learning things so they could use it against someone, give me a spell that will cause a divorce, cause a fight there that's the spell I wanna learn,
And they are never and were never ever able to cause any harm to anyone.Except for the permission of GOD.(What did GOD just reconfirm here)
Magic talismans... whatever they learned in and of itself had no value except If GOD give permission. "And they learned what would harm them.And not benefit them."
Now it's interesting that they were learning was to try to harm someone else.But GOD describes it as something that they will learn to harm..Themselves.
What's the ultimate harm to lose your Faith. And it produced no benefit for them.. And they already knew that whoever purchases it, He will have nothing for him at all of any portion In the Here After( He will have Nothing of it).
They already knew that before they got into it.What a horrible thing they sold themselves.. Had the only known.
They studied that which only harms them and there is no benefit...
So, magic has zero benefit unlike alcohol GOD says  alcohol has some benefit. But the harm outweighs the benefit. As for Black Magic, there's no benefit.
"It's only evil". And the angels told the man " Whoever got this knowledge from them. They would have no share of the next world.You can literally purchase this world at the expense of the next. And what an evil price they sold themselves for, if they only understood."
Those who studied it became the first magicians.And all magic that is.Existing today somehow goes back to Babylon, and they are different Relegious of magic as well Its not just one school of thought. There are different school of thoughts,and different arts in different ways within magic. They all originate at Babylon.

Teaching people Magic And that which was Reveled to the Two Angels at Babylon Harut and Marut, But the two angels do not teach anyone unless they say."We are a Trial, So do not Disbelieve[ By Practicing magic]. And (yet) They learn from them that by which They cause separation between a man and his wife.But they do not harm anyone Through it Except By Permission of ALLAH.And the People learn what Harms Them And does not benefit Them.Who ever purchase the magic would not have in the hereafter any share.And Wretched is that for which They sold themselves If they only knew."
